The winemaking process behind this wine is a testament to the attention to detail that defines everything we do. The fruit underwent whole-cluster pressing followed by a 48-hour cold settling to ensure absolute clarity and freshness. A long, cool fermentation in stainless steel allowed the Moscato grape's natural floral and exotic fruit character to develop fully and expressively — aromas of apricot, white peach, orange blossom, and jasmine that burst from the glass before you even take your first sip. The wine then aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 18 months under strict temperature control, adding texture and a layered complexity that elevates this wine well beyond the typical sparkling Moscato.
